SKS Exceeds FY26 Profit Guidance on Strong Operational Execution
SKS Technologies Group Limited (ASX: SKS) has upgraded its FY26 earnings outlook, expecting to deliver an unaudited profit before tax (PBT) of AU$39.3 million, exceeding its previous market guidance of AU$34.0 million by 15.6%. The improved result is supported by slightly stronger-than-expected revenue of AU$347.9 million and continued operational discipline, lifting the expected PBT margin to 11.3% from the guided 10.0%. The Company attributed the stronger performance to sustained operational excellence, ongoing process improvements and the successful execution of projects, enabling revenue growth to translate into higher profitability without a corresponding increase in overhead costs. SKS also highlighted that continued investment in systems, processes and high-calibre personnel has strengthened the scalability of its operating platform and supported long-term earnings growth. The Company expects to provide further financial and operational details when it releases its FY26 results on 18 August 2026.
