Black Rock Mining Secures AU$10 million Placement to Advance Mahenge Graphite Project

Black Rock Mining Limited (ASX: BKT) has successfully raised AU$10 million through a two-tranche placement priced at AU$0.021 per share, representing a discount to its recent trading price. The funds will be directed toward early works at the Mahenge Graphite Project in Tanzania, including the commencement of construction activities, as well as general corporate and working capital needs. In addition, the company plans to launch a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) targeting up to AU$2 million, with the option to accept oversubscriptions, at the same issue price. Shareholders who participate will also be offered one option per new share, exercisable at AU$0.03 with a two-year expiry, subject to approval at a general meeting scheduled for 17 October 2025. Management emphasized that the placement strengthens Black Rock’s financial capacity to advance Mahenge while completing broader project funding.
