OD6 Completes Strategic Quinn Acquisition to Advance U.S. Critical Minerals Growth
OD6 Metals Limited (ASX: OD6) has completed the acquisition of the Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada, securing full ownership of a district-scale critical minerals asset positioned to support future domestic fluorspar supply in the United States. The acquisition was completed for AU$200,000, comprising AU$100,000 in cash and AU$100,000 in OD6 shares, with the Company now controlling 226 mining claims covering approximately 1,890 hectares following additional claim staking. Exploration completed during due diligence confirmed an 8-kilometre mineralised corridor, identified multiple drill-ready targets, verified extensive high-grade near-surface fluorspar mineralisation and advanced metallurgical and permitting programs. OD6 is now progressing geological modelling, resource definition drilling, metallurgical optimisation and development studies, while continuing to assess additional gold potential across several project areas. The Quinn Project strengthens OD6's exposure to a strategically important critical mineral as the United States remains fully reliant on imported fluorspar supply.
