Jade Gas Holdings Limited (ASX: JGH) has finalised its AU$11.0 million equity placement, reinforcing its financial capacity to advance key development and commercial initiatives. The funding lifts the company's cash reserves to more than AU$20 million, providing flexibility to progress its flagship TTCBM Project in Mongolia while supporting broader strategic objectives. Capital from the placement will be allocated towards advancing production-sharing activities, preserving project tenure, assessing additional resource opportunities, and progressing a proposed Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing.
