TG Metals Secures AU$2.5 Million to Accelerate Gold and Lithium Growth
TG Metals Limited (ASX: TG6) has secured firm commitments to raise AU$2.5 million through a placement of 15.625 million new shares priced at AU$0.16 each. The capital raising received strong support from institutional and sophisticated investors, along with participation from the company’s directors and management, reflecting confidence in its long-term growth strategy. The funds will primarily be directed toward advancing the Van Uden Gold Project and the Lake Johnston Lithium Project in Western Australia.
The proceeds will help expand the Van Uden gold resource, complete a scoping study for a potential heap leach gold operation, and progress direct shipping ore opportunities at the Lake Johnston Lithium Project. Combined with existing cash reserves, the funding strengthens TG Metals’ ability to execute its development plans while targeting future commercialisation and near-term cash flow. Management believes the projects’ strategic locations and proximity to established infrastructure position the company for long-term value creation.
