IPD Group Delivers Record FY26 Results as Data Centre and Infrastructure Demand Accelerates
IPD Group Limited (ASX: IPG) delivered record FY2026 revenue and earnings above the top end of its guidance range, supported by broad-based organic growth and the contribution from Platinum Cables. Revenue increased 16.8% to AU$414.3 million, while underlying EBITDA advanced 19.4% to AU$55.4 million and underlying NPAT rose 17.9% to AU$30.9 million. Data centre revenue remained a standout growth driver, increasing 27% to AU$71.5 million, alongside strong performances from IPD, CMI and EX Engineering. Operating efficiencies supported expansion in EBITDA, EBIT and NPAT margins despite some gross margin compression from a shift toward more complex and competitive orders. The Group generated AU$46.8 million of operating free cash flow before interest and tax outflows and reduced net debt to AU$16.4 million, representing conservative leverage of approximately 0.3 times. IPD enters FY2027 with positive momentum, diversified infrastructure exposure and continued focus on disciplined growth and strategic acquisitions.
