Podium Minerals Launches AU$4 Million Underwritten Share Purchase Plan
Podium Minerals Limited (ASX: POD) has launched an underwritten Share Purchase Plan (SPP) targeting approximately AU$4 million before costs. The offer is underwritten by Leeuwin Wealth Pty Ltd, while Podium Chairman Neal Froneman has committed to sub-underwrite AU$200,000, subject to shareholder approval. New shares will be issued at AU$0.034 each, representing a 17.8% discount to the relevant five-day VWAP.
The company plans to direct the proceeds towards metallurgical testing, rehabilitation and site works at Parks Reef and Range Well, and technical activities aimed at advancing the project beyond Phase 3. Funds will also support working capital and corporate requirements. Eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders can apply for up to AU$30,000, with the SPP expected to close on 28 August 2026. If demand exceeds the target, Podium may accept additional applications or conduct a further placement of up to AU$2 million. ASX quotation is planned for 7 September, pending changes.
