Unity Metals Uncovers High-Priority Gold Targets at Rohav Mountain
Unity Metals Limited (ASX: UM1) has identified two substantial magnetic anomalies beneath the Rohav Mountain Prospect within Cambodia’s Ngot Gold Project. The Central Anomaly, positioned beneath and largely north of earlier drilling, is interpreted as a magnetite-bearing intrusion that could represent the source of hydrothermal fluids responsible for gold mineralisation. Previous drilling intersected mineralisation grading up to 7.9 g/t gold.
Follow-up DDIP surveying detected several discrete chargeability and resistivity anomalies around the interpreted intrusion. These features may represent sulphide-rich, strongly silicified zones or quartz veins and are considered priority targets for epithermal gold mineralisation, particularly along the eastern and northern margins.
Unity also completed detailed LiDAR surveying to support geological modelling and drill planning. The company intends to undertake follow-up drilling after the monsoon season, with the program expected during Q4 2026, providing a key test of the newly defined targets.
