Li-FT Power Secures C$20 Million Through Public Offering to Support Lithium Project Development
Li-FT Power Ltd. (ASX: LFT) has announced a bought-deal public offering expected to raise gross proceeds of approximately C$20 million through the issue of 6.9 million common shares priced at C$2.90 each. The financing agreement has been arranged with Canaccord Genuity Corp. acting as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner. The company plans to allocate the net proceeds toward the first year of care and maintenance costs associated with the Renard option agreement, while the remaining funds will strengthen working capital. Existing shareholder Avenir Minerals is expected to participate under its investor rights agreement. The transaction is anticipated to close around 12 August 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, including conditional acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange. Li-FT continues advancing its portfolio of Canadian hard-rock lithium assets.
