Memphasys Expands European Presence with Poland Commercialisation Deal
Memphasys Limited (ASX: MEM) has strengthened its European commercial strategy by signing an exclusive agreement with Poland-based TK Biotech to commercialise its Felix™ System. The two-year agreement carries a minimum contracted value of approximately AU$350,000 following an initial three-month evaluation phase, with recurring quarterly purchase commitments expected thereafter. Poland becomes the third European market, after Italy and the United Kingdom, where the company has secured commercial sales or distribution agreements since obtaining CE Mark approval. The partnership also benefits from Poland's expanding IVF market, supported by increased public funding and rising treatment demand.
Under the agreement, TK Biotech will lead local sales, product demonstrations, training and customer support, leveraging its established relationships with IVF clinics and laboratory specialists. Memphasys will provide technical expertise, marketing support and strategic guidance to accelerate market adoption while pursuing recurring revenue opportunities beyond the minimum purchase commitments. The company remains focused on expanding its European footprint, supported by a growing sales pipeline and the appointment of a Director of Commercial Operations – Europe to strengthen partner onboarding and commercial execution.
