RocketDNA Extends BMA Drone Operations with New AU$1 Million Orders
RocketDNA Limited (ASX: RKT) has secured approximately AU$1 million in new purchase orders from BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA), extending its autonomous drone operations across BMA’s Bowen Basin coal mines. The new orders provide for a minimum three-month continuation of on-site services through to October 2026, with activity levels expected to remain broadly aligned with the existing arrangement. The extension reinforces the ongoing commercial relationship between RocketDNA and BMA while maintaining deployment of the Company’s autonomous drone technology within large-scale mining operations. RocketDNA will continue operating its xBot® fleet, supported by its Skylink® and SiteTube® software platforms, across the programme. The deployment represents one of Australia’s largest continuously operating autonomous drone programmes, demonstrating the practical application of RocketDNA’s integrated drone and software capabilities within complex mining environments. The latest orders provide near-term revenue visibility while supporting continued utilisation of the Company’s autonomous technology platform in the resources sector.
