Impact Minerals Targets Up to $4.1 Million Through Rights Issue

Impact Minerals Limited (ASX: IPT) announced on 17 August 2026 that it will undertake a 1-for-4 renounceable rights issue to raise up to approximately $4.1 million before costs. The offer is priced at $0.032 per share, representing a 22% discount to the previous closing price of $0.041 and a 26% discount to the 90-day VWAP of $0.043. Eligible shareholders will also receive two free options for every three new shares subscribed, with the options carrying a $0.06 exercise price and a 2.5-year term.

The company plans to direct the proceeds towards advancing its Lake Hope High Purity Alumina (HPA) Project, investing in Alluminous, and exploration at its Broken Hill and Lake Irwin projects. The funds will also support working capital and offer-related expenses. Rights trading is scheduled to begin on 19 August, while the offer is expected to close on 9 September 2026.
