Recharge Metals Advances Sunset Well Gold Project Toward Maiden Drilling

Recharge Metals Limited (ASX: REC) has scheduled a heritage survey for late August 2026 at its Sunset Well Project near Leonora, Western Australia. The survey represents the final major milestone before the planned 30,000-metre maiden drilling campaign, targeted to begin in early Q4 2026. The program will primarily test the Prospero Deposit and the broader 15-kilometre Prospero Trend using modern exploration techniques.

The Prospero Deposit is estimated to hold 94,500 ounces of gold within an Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.87 million tonnes grading 1.0 g/t, with further mineralisation potential both laterally and at greater depths. Historical drilling delivered encouraging high-grade intersections, including 36 metres at 2.73 g/t gold from 32 metres.

Recharge has also submitted a Mining Lease Application covering Prospero, progressing permitting alongside exploration. The company remains well funded with approximately AU$5.6 million in cash, supporting its upcoming exploration activities.
