Syneetec Strengthens FY26 Position with Cash Flow Turnaround and AU$6 Million Raise
Synertec Corporation Limited (ASX: SOP) has reported a stronger FY26 finish, highlighted by improving cash generation, operating performance and commercial momentum. Unaudited revenue reached AU$21.1 million, up 19% from FY25, while operating cash flow turned positive at AU$0.5 million, marking the first full-year operating cash inflow since FY19. The company also recorded a fourth consecutive half of improving EBITDA, with normalised EBITDA reaching break-even in 2H FY26.
Synertec’s Powerhouse platform generated AU$2.5 million in recurring revenue, with 14 units contracted, while engineering work in hand increased 188% to AU$20.9 million. The company reaffirmed FY27 revenue guidance of AU$29.5 million to AU$31.7 million. It also secured approximately AU$6 million through an institutional placement at AU$0.05 per share. The funds will support working capital, Powerhouse deployment and balance-sheet flexibility as Synertec pursues further growth opportunities. Advanced discussions with multiple counterparties could further expand the Powerhouse pipeline and support conversion of identified growth opportunities.
