Highlights:

  • SRG Global Limited climbed 6.906% to $3.870 on 18 August 2026.
  • FY26 revenue increased 27% to $1.6755 billion, while underlying EBITDA rose 34% to $170.1 million.
  • The company declared a fully franked 4.0 cents per share dividend and upgraded FY27 EBITDA guidance to $195–205 million.

Record FY26 Performance

SRG Global Limited (ASX: SRG) delivered a strong FY26 performance, supported by growth across its diversified infrastructure services operations. According to its 2026 Annual Report, revenue increased 27% year-on-year to $1.6755 billion, while underlying EBITDA climbed 34% to $170.1 million. Underlying NPAT reached $85.3 million, up from $61.0 million in FY25, while underlying earnings per share rose 34% to 13.8 cents.

The company’s transformation has also strengthened the quality of earnings. Approximately 80% of earnings are now generated from recurring revenue streams, providing greater visibility and resilience. The acquisition and integration of TAMS further expanded SRG Global’s position in the ports and marine infrastructure market, while creating additional cross-selling opportunities across resources, energy, transport, water and defence.

Dividend Adds Another Catalyst

On 18 August 2026, SRG Global announced a fully franked ordinary dividend of 4.0 cents per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The stock is scheduled to trade ex-dividend on 27 August, with the record date on 28 August and payment due on 11 September 2026. The distribution is fully franked at a 30% corporate tax rate.

What Could Drive the Next Move?

SRG Global enters FY27 with record work in hand and an upgraded underlying EBITDA guidance range of $195–205 million. Its inclusion in the S&P/ASX 200 in March 2026 also highlights the company’s growing market profile. With the share price advancing 6.906% to $3.870, investors appear to be responding to a combination of earnings momentum, recurring revenue and stronger forward guidance. The key question now is whether SRG Global can convert its substantial pipeline into another year of profitable growth.Note- All data presented is based on information available at the time of writing.Disclaimer for Kapitales ResearchThe materials provided by Kapitales Research, including articles, news, data, reports, opinions, images, charts, and videos ("Content"), are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
